Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Julie has built a life in the Bay centered around her passion for helping people achieve their goals. Both as a physical fitness professional - training hundreds of clients in her private fitness studio - and also by helping them live their most comfortable home lives as a longtime leasing agent and property manager, before joining The Grubb Co. as a real estate agent in 2022.
It’s so important to be able to place your trust in those you work with during big life transitions, and Julie holds that trust sacred above all else - being someone whom her clients can rely on during those pivotal moments and decisions, giving them the steadfast support they need to accomplish their goals.
It’s hard not to spend time around her without all sorts of passers-by smiling when they see her - sharing personal life updates, accomplishments, or just giving a warm hello. Whether it’s the residents of the property she’s managed for 15+ years, or neighborhood regulars walking their dog past her Lake Merritt gym, everyone is excited to share their lives with her, and make her a part of theirs.
Julie excels at empowering her clients to feel confident about themselves and their life decisions, building long-lasting connections through her kindness, authenticity, and empathy. And hopefully being a lot of fun to work with along the way!
